2 workers killed, 50 injured after slab falls in Panna cement plant in Madhya Pradesh

(Fast Mail);--Two workers have died and more than 50 were injured due to the slab falling in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. This accident occured in the unit of the cement plant.

According to reports, the roof slab was being laid in the under-construction part of the plant. During the construction the centering fell.

After the accident, entry inside the plant has been completely stopped in view of security. Police and administration teams are present on the spot. Workers trapped in the debris are being rescued.
