Ayodhya issues to be raised in Parliament, says MP Awadhesh Prasad

NEW DELHI: Senior Samajwadi Party leader and MP Awadhesh Prasad has expressed displeasure after seeing the damaged roads. He said that how did the mess happen despite high-level inspection? This should be investigated and action should be taken against the negligent officers. He said, during the Lok Sabha session, I got information that the Rampath road was damaged due to rain. Due to this, Ram devotees are facing problems.

The SP MP said, "During the Lok Sabha session, I was getting information that people are facing problems due to the collapse of Rampath road. Water is entering their houses. There is a problem of waterlogging everywhere. Apart from this, many types of problems are also happening. Water is also entering temples and I came to know that the wall of the railway station also collapsed."

MP Awadhesh Prasad further said, "This is a matter of my Lok Sabha constituency. This is a matter of Maryada Purushottam Ram's area. Therefore, I cannot reach any conclusion based on what someone says. I will first go to the spot and then try to understand the reality. Only after this will I reach any conclusion.

The MP further said that after this, when I went to the spot yesterday, people told me that there is a pothole on the road, the road has sunk, then I asked people where is the pothole? People said that as soon as it was known that you are coming, the pothole was filled immediately. After this, I also saw that the pothole has been filled freshly. I saw this kind of situation at five-six places. "

When the SP MP was asked whether you demand strict action against the officials who built the road? On this, he said, "Look, this is not a minor matter, it is a big matter. The road has been built in the name of Ram. It has been reviewed. We will demand that a high-level inquiry be conducted and strict action be taken against whoever is guilty. I will also raise this issue in the Lok Sabha." Apart from this, when he was asked that if the construction company is found guilty, should it be blacklisted?

He said, "I will raise this issue in the Lok Sabha tomorrow and demand that a high-level investigation be conducted and strict action should be taken against whoever is found guilty." Let us tell you that after the first monsoon rain on Friday, the road leading to the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Rampath, was damaged. After this matter gained momentum, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath immediately summoned the officials related to it and took strict action against them. The executive engineer, assistant engineer and junior engineer associated with this project were suspended. Along with this, CM Yogi has given instructions to investigate the matter and has sought a report soon.
