Benchmark domestic equity indices end on a flat note
Benchmark domestic equity indices ended on a flat note on Tuesday. The 30-share BSE Sensex rose marginally by two points to close at 81,510, while the NSE Nifty-50 was slightly down by nine points to settle at 24,610.
The broader market indices at the Bombay Stock Exchange ended in positive territory. The Mid-Cap and the Small-Cap indices added 0.3 percent each.
