Dhenkanal Collector asks officials to ensure hassle-free Joranda mela
DHENKANAL(Fast Mail):-- Dhenkanal collector Somesh Kumar Upadhyay has asked officials to ensure smooth and orderly observance of upcoming Joranda mela which will begin from February 11.
The collector said this at the final preparatory meeting held at Joranda panchayat office and attended by SP Abhinav Sonkar,additional SP Suryamani Pradhan,subcollectorBibhudha Garnayak and heads of other departments.
He also asked officials to crush law-breakers and put a ban on sale of liquor in Joranda area keeping in view of the mela which will attract thousands of devotees from the state and all over the country.He had also directed the heads of concerned departments to maintain water supply,sanitations,lightning and arrangements of latrine during the mela.
