Five-member committee formed to decide the farmers' movement: Rakesh Tikait
Rakesh Tikait, National Spokesperson of Indian Farmers Union, said, "We have formed a committee of five members. This committee will interact with farmers' groups and formulate a strategy ahead."
He said that in the last three years, the Government of India has created many organizations that support the government's agenda. Many people have opposed it. Now a strategy will be made for what to do next.
“If the farmers' demands are not met, Delhi will have to adopt the strategy of encircling KMP Expressway. More than four lakh tractors will be required for this.
He said that today's kings are not merciful to the people.” I believe that farmers can take a step forward only by being united. We have come to take our rights by fighting the government. In such a situation, we have to keep our preparations complete. When Delhi was besieged by farmers, there were 25 lakh people and 4 lakh tractors. Even today the behavior of the government is the same as it was before. Our fight will continue”.
Former Chief Minister of Haryana Bhupendra Singh Hooda said on Jagjit Singh Dallewal's hunger strike that his condition has deteriorated. The government should immediately intervene and resolve the matter. The prevailing situation is serious and the government should negotiate with the farmers and find a solution soon.
