Ganjam: Man sentenced to 10 years RI for smuggling ganja

GANJAM: A drug peddler was sentenced to 10 years prison by the Additional District Judge of Berhampur Dr. Indu Bhushan Sharma.He sentenced the accused who found to be guilty of supplying illegal ganja,a banned narcotic substance.The court also imnposed a fine of Rs. 1 lakh.

In case of non-payment of the fine, he has been ordered to undergo an additional one-year imprisonment. The accused has been identified as Mohammad Saqib (24) of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
