India reports 3,016 new corona cases in last 24 hours
NEW DELHI:In the last 24 hours, 3,016 new corona cases have been reported in the country.
1,396 cases have been recovered while so far 4,41,68,321 patients have been cured of Corona virus. The recovery rate is 98.78 percent,according to reports.
The country's COVID-19 death count has increased to 5,30,862 with 14 deaths from Maharashtra,Himachal Pradesh and kerala in a span of 24 hours.
According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry on Thursday morning, the number of active cases in the country has increased to 13,509. The daily infection rate is 2.73 percent.
15,784 doses have been administered in the last 24 hours while so far 220.65 crore doses of vaccine against corona were admistered in the country.
In the last 24 hours, 1,10,522 people have been screened. A total of 92.14 crore people have been screened so far.
