Indians Were Handcuffed, Humiliated While Being Deported From US By Modi's Friend Trump !

AMRITSAR: America's C-17 military aircraft reached Amritsar carrying 104 illegal immigrants, the action is the beginning of deportation under the strict immigration policy of US President Donald Trump administration.

The military aircraft carrying 104 illegal immigrants from America landed in Amritsar, Punjab. Of the deported people, 30 are from Punjab, 33 each from Haryana and Gujarat, three each from Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, two from Chandigarh. The deported people include 19 women and 13 minors including a four-year-old child, two girls aged five and seven.

Jaspal Singh,a resident of Hardorwal village in Gurdaspur, Punjab, said that while returning to India, his and other deported people's hands and feet were tied. These were removed only after reaching Amritsar. Jaspal Singh said that the border patrol team caught him on January 24. Jaspal Singh, one of the 104 deportees, claimed that he was handcuffed and kept in shackles throughout the journey.

It was removed only after landing at Amritsar airport, Jaspal said, adding a travel agent had cheated him as he was promised that he would be sent to the US legally. Jaspal claimed that he was 'cheated' by his agent who forced him to cross the border illegally. He claimed, “We were handcuffed and put in shackles on our legs. These were opened at Amritsar airport”.

On the other hand, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has questioned why the plane was landed in Amritsar. Why was the plane not landed in any other state of the country. AAP Punjab President Aman Arora questioned why the plane landed in Amritsar and not at any other airport in the country. He said, when the deportees are from all over the country, why was Amritsar chosen to land the plane? This question is on everyone's mind.

Aman Arora said that the central government has always treated Punjab step-motherly. There are more people deported from other states than Punjab. Choosing Amritsar to land this plane raises a question mark.

Another person from Punjab questioned why Amritsar was chosen. “I fail to understand this. It could have been landed in Delhi or any other international airport. Why is a narrative being created against our state?”.
