Manipal University Jaipur Celebrates Excellence: Honoured 115 Faculty members
As a part of High-Performance Culture and to recognize & create a culture of appreciation, Manipal University Jaipur has initiated MUJ Excellence Awards with different category of Awards covering the entire gamut of university eco-system as a part of Reward & Recognition Program. One of the prestigious award categories under MUJ Excellence Awards was Dr. Ramdas M. Pai Award for Professional Excellence.
In the introductory welcome address, the Head-HR of MUJ, Mr. M.S. Sridhar shared that this category of award is built on 9-Box Model wherein evaluation takes place both on Performance and Potential of the individual. He also said that MUJ is the first University to pioneer and initiate this award in India. He thanked Mr. Vaitheeswaran, Chairperson of MUJ and Mr. Nishith Mohanty, Group CHRO and President-Academia for continuously supporting and enabling to build this model of excellence in academic space and for the growth of the University.
Pro-President Prof. Karunakar A Kotegar, Registrar Dr. Nitu Bhatnagar, all deans of different faculties, Senior Academic Leaders, Professors, Administrators, all academic staff and support staff were present to witness the event and web coverage was enabled.
The event is marked with wonderful cultural performances by students and employees demonstrating excellence to engage the employees.
