Modi government wants to keep AAP leaders in jail till assembly elections : Manish Sisodia

 NEW DELHI: Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who was recently released from jail, on Sunday expressed hope that Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will come out of jail soon.He alleged that the Modi government at the Center wants to keep AAP leaders inside the jail till the assembly elections.

After released from jail, Manish Sisodia has started preparing for the Delhi Assembly elections. On Sunday, he held a meeting with senior party leaders. Sisodia is also doing a padyatra to communicate with the people.

 According to Manish Sisodia, the organization is also being strengthened along with the padyatra. He said that his padyatra is getting public support, the way Aam Aadmi Party leaders have been put in jail, there is anger among the people of Delhi.

 

 

 The AAP leader said that first Satyendra Jain and I were put inside the jail. After that our leader Arvind Kejriwal was put in jail under a conspiracy. The people of Delhi are angry with Kejriwal's arrest. Sisodia said that the central government wants to keep our party leaders inside the jail till the assembly elections by any means.

Manish Sisodia is continuously meeting people after coming out of jail. He is going to schools to meet children. Aam Aadmi Party's organization general secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Sandeep Pathak said that the party is going to start a campaign in Delhi for the assembly elections. Aam Aadmi Party workers' conferences are being held in all 70 assembly seats of Delhi.

Sandeep Pathak said that so far workers' conferences have been held in 18 out of 70 assemblies. According to Pathak, the top leadership of the party will also participate in the workers' conference to be held in Chhatarpur on Monday. They are going to each assembly and communicating with the people. AAP workers are also doing booth mapping at the assembly level.
