NEW DELHI: Participating in the discussion on the President's address, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi said,"I remember that BJP gave the election slogan "400 Paar" and had said that they will change the Constitution. But after the election, I was happy to see that the Prime Minister had to bow down and bow his head in front of the Constitution. It was a proud moment for the Congress party because we were successful in convincing the BJP and the country that no power can touch the Constitution".
"I know Mohan Bhagwat has said that India did not get independence in 1947, the Constitution is meaningless and you believe this in your heart. But let me tell you, we will never let his dream come true! And this Constitution is always going to rule India!',he said
