Pradhan eye care sealed by Angul administration
On Sunday they were shifted to Burla Medical College for treatment. The chief district medical officer Sivanand Mohanty said local administration has sealed the eye care and an inquiry is being made into this incident. The inquiry report will be sent to state government who will take action on the errant doctors in this regard.He said as per the report 11 of 13patients who were admitted in Burla Medical have been discharged,he added.
According to eye care doctor and owner Dr Chandra Sekhar Pradhan for two days the patients were normal and were having no complaints. But after two days they complained headache and pain in eye. Finally on Sunday they were shifted to Bulra medical College for further treatment, said the doctor. He said as per the report 11 of them have been discharged and are well in conditions. Though they have not gained their eye sight it will be drawn gradually in fifteen days, he claimed .The patients hailed from neighbouring areas of Banarpal,Athamallik and Angul.
