Syed Modi International Tournament 2024: Indian duo Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto loses their final match
The final matches of the Syed Modi International Tournament 2024 are scheduled today at Babu Banarasi Das U.P. Badminton Academy in Lucknow. In mixed doubles, Indian duo Dhruv Kapila and Tanisha Crasto lost their final match against Thailand’s pair of Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Supissara Paewsampran 21-18, 14-21, 8-21.
Indian shuttlers will also be in action in rest four title clashes of the tournament. It will be followed by the Men’s Doubles final match between the Indian pair of Pruthvi Krishnamurthy Roy and Sai Pratheek K and Chinese players Huang Di and Liu Yang. After this, Indian shuttlers Treesa Jolly and Gayatri Gopich and will clash with Chinese duo Bao Li Jing and Li Qian for Women’s Doubles title. In the Women’s Singles Final of the BWF Super 300 event, Sindhu will take on China’s Wu Luo Yu. In the Men’s Singles Final, Lakshya Sen will play against Singapore’s Jia Heng Jason Teh.
